Zero, and infinity are a creation of the mind of man, there is nothing to comprehend. There is enough factual things about the universe for us to learn about, without prefabricated theoretical barriers cluttering the learning process. And by that I mean mans theoretical ideas at the boundaries of our present knowledge.
It appears that mans intelligence at the moment requires an answer before all the facts can be gathered in. And these answers are worked out by theory and mathematical equations. (and charts). 99% of them are wrong and slow the factual gathering of knowledge.
These answers include:
Big bang
Magic
Randomness
Time (particularly the reversal of)
Speed of light (and at the same time, Instantaneity?)
Religion
To name but a few!

The light barrier can not be crushed. This is a limit in the universe we know. All the known laws of physics abide by it.
When a black hole explodes it is initially in a realm of physics unknown to us. Only when its matter slows to the speed of light do we detect it.
This is when its matter becomes part of our universe and obeys its laws of physics.
At the moment we are stuck on this side of the speed of light, because we and the universe are made from the same stuff. But we are aware that because of the nature of black hole explosions , the other side of the light barrier exists.
If we ever can cross this barrier we won't take the stuff of this universe with us coz "you can't change the laws of physics"
The answer is in the molecular structure of matter, and forces that remain untapped.

The laws of physics are the same throughout the universe. What scientists mean is there are some (quite a lot) they do not understand or know. So they theorize , parallel universes, different dimensions, and Flat universes etc. All theory, most of it based upon theory.
